律回春渐，时盛岁新。在这辞旧迎新的美好时刻，我们谨代表四川国际博览集团，向关心和支持集团事业发展的各级领导、社会各界朋友，向为集团事业辛勤付出的全体员工及家属表示衷心感谢，并致以诚挚的新春问候和美好祝福！

As spring returns and the new year unfolds, we, on behalf of Sichuan International Expo Group, extend our heartfelt thanks to leaders at all levels, friends from all walks of life who have supported the Group’s development, and all employees and their families for their dedication. We would like to extend sincere greetings and best wishes for the Chinese New Year!

回首2024，我们以党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神为指引，在省委省政府的坚强领导下，在省国资委的大力指导下，锚定“四同步、两优化、一稳定”的目标，全力以赴拼经济搞建设，抓改革促发展，朝着加快建成中西部会展名企第一强，奋力拼搏、奋勇前进。

Reflecting on 2024, guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and under the strong leadership of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and with robust guidance from the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, we anchored ourselves to the goals of "four synchronizations, two optimizations, and one stability." We worked tirelessly to boost the economy, drive construction, promote reforms, and foster development, striving to become the leading exhibition enterprise in Central and Western China.

过去一年，是行稳致远、进而有为的一年。激情与喜悦相拥，耕耘与收获同在。过去一年，我们迎来了博览集团成立五周年的时刻。五年来，我们以提升西博会国家开放窗口形象、提升会展产业核心竞争力、提升全省开放型经济发展水平为目标，向“新”而行，已成为四川会展行业领军企业和中西部地区最有影响力的会展平台企业之一。

The past year has been one of steady progress and remarkable achievements. It was a year of passion and joy, hard work and harvest. It marked the fifth anniversary of the Group’s establishment. Over the past five years, we have aimed to enhance the Western China International Fair’s role as a national gateway of openness, strengthen the core competitiveness of the exhibition industry, and elevate the level of the province's open economy. These efforts have positioned us as a leader in Sichuan’s exhibition industry and one of the most influential platforms in Central and Western China.

过去一年，我们聚焦主业蓄势而发。高水平保障中国—中亚外长第五次会晤、四川国际友城合作与发展论坛、四川—土耳其经贸推介会等主场外交和四川省重大对外开放活动，超额完成主承办展览面积等重点指标，核心功能进一步提升。高效能推动市场化开拓，首次市场化主办第十届四川农业博览会、首次跨省整包承办政府性重大展会项目第25届青洽会，整体承接科技类展会举办航空航天国防科技展等，市场化份额持续扩大，市场转型步伐更实。高质量推进产业会展，全年围绕装备制造、电子信息、食品轻纺、能源化工、先进材料和医药健康等六大优势产业，实施2024中国产业转移发展对接活动（四川）、四川省“拓市场 稳增长”系列活动、世界动力电池大会、世界清洁能源装备大会等各类展会项目210个，产业服务能级进一步提升。我们内引外联聚势而强。与50余个国家和地区开展近100场外事交流活动，成功引入国际标杆展会西班牙巴塞罗纳国际食品饮料展、主办首届全球电竞产业大会，协助国际空管协会2024年亚太地区年度会议首次落户成都，推动达令集团、乐淇苹果公司等高管团访川，持续推进更加务实的国际交流合作。增设南美（智利）分中心，持续推动四川省国际贸易、重大展会、招商推介端口前移。组织服务200余家川企通过境外重大展会拓展海外市场，有力彰显了“川行天下，博览有为”的国企服务品牌。我们创新驱动乘势而上。全力推进“智数会展”项目，积极打造四川省会展活动整合中心、数字会展融合中心、会展产业聚集孵化中心、会展资本聚合中心。有力实现资本运营破冰，推动集团投资、经营“双轮驱动”。有效推进会展传媒，充分利用境内外资源，让四川的声音和形象传得更广更远。我们改革赋能谋势而动。持续深入推进改革深化提升行动和“11+N”专项行动，优化资源配置促进转型发展，开展内部专业化整合，推进落实子企业资源优化，强化监管促进合规健康发展，系统优化制度治理，不断规范优化管理决策、经营投资、责任追究、合规管理等工作程序。我们强化担当造势而起。积极实施“五大行动”，助力畅通39个县产销链，在帮助欠发达县拓展销售市场上取得很好成效。推动四川农博会等重大展会成为乡村振兴的重要窗口和平台。通过招商引资、延伸链条、丰富产品、品牌培育等系列组合拳，助力北川县、布拖县培育壮大特色产业，县企共兴迈开新步伐。

Highlights of 2024

1. Core Business Development

· Successfully hosted major diplomatic and international events, including the 5th China-Central Asia Foreign Ministers' Meeting, Sichuan International Friendship Cities Cooperation and Development Forum, and Sichuan-Turkey Economic Promotion Conference.

· Exceeded key performance targets, such as exhibition area for hosted events, further enhancing our core functions.

· Expanded market-oriented initiatives, hosting the 10th Sichuan Agricultural Expo  for the first time, managing the 25th Qinghai · China Investment and Trade Fair for Green Development under a new cross-province model, and organizing key tech exhibitions like the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense Technology Expo.

2. Industrial Exhibitions

· Organized 210 events across six key industries: equipment manufacturing, electronic information, food and textiles, energy and chemicals, advanced materials, and healthcare.

· Highlighted events included the 2024 China Industrial Transfer Development Activities (Sichuan), Sichuan "Market Expansion and Growth Stabilization" series, the World Power Battery Conference, and the World Clean Energy Equipment Conference.

3. International Engagement

· Conducted nearly 100 international exchanges with 50+ countries and regions.

· Successfully introduced international benchmark exhibitions such as the Alimentaria to Chengdu.

· Hosted the First World Esports Industry Development Conference and supported the CANSO Asia Pacific Conference 2024 in Chengdu for the first time.

· Promoted the visits of senior management delegations from companies such as New Zealand's Darling Group, and Rockit Global Limited to Sichuan.

· Established a South American (Chile) Sub-center of Sichuan Expo Service Center for International Cooperation and Exchange, continuously advancing the forward-shifting of Sichuan Province's international trade, major exhibitions, and investment promotion platforms.

· Organized and served more than 200 Sichuan-based enterprises to expand overseas markets through major overseas exhibitions, effectively demonstrating the state-owned enterprise service brand of "Sichuan's Global Reach, Expo Group's Great Achievements".

4. Innovation-Driven Growth

· Advanced the "Smart Exhibition" project, creating integrated hubs for event coordination, digital transformation, industry incubation, and capital integration.

· Achieved breakthroughs in capital operations and promoted a dual-driven approach to investment and operations.

· Promoted exhibition media and leveraged domestic and overseas resources to amplify Sichuan's voice and image globally.

5. Reform and Empowerment

· Deepened reform with the "11+N" initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, enhancing internal professional integration, promoting and implementing the optimization of resources in subsidiary enterprises, strengthening supervision to promote compliant and healthy development. Systematically optimized the institutional governance, and continuously standardized and optimized the working procedures in management decision-making, business investment, accountability and compliance management.

6. Social Responsibility

· Implemented five key actions to support rural revitalization, helping 39 counties improve production and sales connectivity.

· Elevated events like the Sichuan Agricultural Expo as vital platforms for rural development.

· Provided assistance to Beichuan County and Butuo County in cultivating and strengthening their characteristic industries via a series of combined measures such as attracting investment, extending industrial chains, enriching product portfolios and cultivating brands, marking a new step forward in the joint development of the counties and the Group.

千山万水，同心同行。这些成绩的取得，离不开省委、省政府的坚强领导、省国资委的精心指导和支持帮助，更离不开全体川博人的辛勤付出。

Across thousands of mountains and rivers, we walk hand in hand with one heart. The achievements we've made are inseparable from the strong leadership of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, as well as the meticulous guidance, support and assistance of the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. What’s more, they are the result of the hard work of all the staff of our Group.

征程万里风正劲，重任千钧再奋蹄。2025年是“十四五”规划收官之年，也是谋划“十五五”规划关键之年，更是集团发展的关键一年。我们将以敢为人先的勇气、干事创业的担当，提振开局势头、展示开局作为、勃发开局气象。我们将全面推进集团各项业务工作实现跨越发展，推动集团业绩实现快速增长，在中国式现代化建设四川篇章中书写好博览集团的精彩答卷。  

Looking Ahead to 2025

With favorable winds and ambitious goals, 2025 marks the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the planning phase for the 15th Five-Year Plan, and a pivotal year for the Group’s development. With courage, determination, and a proactive approach, we aim to achieve significant progress in all our operations, driving rapid performance growth and contributing to Sichuan’s role in Chinese modernization.
