Paper Communication Exhibition Services will offer 2 nights hotel accommodation for BUYERS (overseas or outside Guangdong – Excluding Hong Kong & Macau) <\/span>during exhibition period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligible person must satisfy the following requirements:<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.<\/td>\nLocation of reside and work place should be at overseas or outside Guangdong Province;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nHong Kong and Macau are excluded in the regions outside Guangdong Province;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Step 1:<\/strong><\/td>\nComplete the online application form and attach a copy of your business name card and email to 1301150027@qq.com<\/strong><\/a> or fax to 852-2341 0379<\/strong>. Deadline: 18 October, 2025<\/span><\/strong> ;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 2:<\/strong><\/td>\nA confirmation letter will be sent to successful applicant\u00a0;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Step 3:<\/strong><\/td>\nSuccessful applicants should pay the application deposit within one week<\/strong> of the issuance of confirmation letter. (Deposit fee: RMB\/HKD500, all bank charges to be borne by applicants) Send the receipt with name of applicant & confirmation letter no.<\/strong> by fax or email. Step 4:<\/strong><\/td>\nPlease present the confirmation letter and Identity documents to the hotel for check-in ;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

1.<\/td>\nYour company MUST BE from overseas and outside Guangdong, while Hong Kong and Macau are excluded, in order to be eligible for the Hotel Sponsorship Offer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nEach company is entitled to ONE ROOM only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nThis offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/td>\nBuyers should check-in on the appointed dates for the refund of deposit. If buyers fail to check-in on the appointed dates, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/td>\nPaper Communication Exhibition Services reserves the rights to vary the terms & conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
