Notification on Early Closure of Registration for "2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Commercial Mediator Training (Phase II: Training Hours Mutual Recognition Program)"
To All Mediators and Colleagues in Commercial Mediation:
We extend our sincere gratitude for your strong interest and support for the "2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Commercial Mediator Training (Phase II: Training Hours Mutual Recognition Program)," co-organized by HICMC and GICMC. Since its launch, the program has received an overwhelming response from industry peers. Registration has now reached full capacity well ahead of schedule, exceeding our anticipated numbers.
To ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training, we have made the careful decision to close registration earlier than originally planned.
We sincerely apologize to those who were unable to secure a place in this program. HICMC remains committed to offering professional development opportunities in commercial mediation and will organize similar programs in the future. 示范条款
本合同之各方当事人均同意将因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，提交横琴国际商事调解中心，按照申请调解时该中心现行有效的调解规则进行调解。经调解后如达成调解协议，各方均应认真履行该调解协议所载之各项内容。
The Parties hereby agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Hengqin International Commercial Mediation Center for mediation conducted in accordance with its Mediation Rules in effect at the time of applying for mediation. If a settlement agreement is reached after mediation, each party shall duly perform all obligations set forth in the agreement.
