The 2025 China Cybersecurity Week runs nationwide from September 15 to 21, with key events such as the opening ceremony and summit forums taking place in Kunming. Under the theme “Cybersecurity for the People and by the People——Safeguarding High-Quality Development with High-Level Security”, this Cybersecurity Week is jointly hosted by ten departments, including the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the People’s Bank of China, the National Radio and Television Administration, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Central Committee of the Communist Young League, and the All-China Women’s Federation.
2025年国家网络安全宣传周于9月15日至21日在全国范围内统一举行，开幕式、高峰论坛等重要活动在昆明市举办。本次网安周以“网络安全为人民，网络安全靠人民——以高水平安全守护高质量发展”为主题，由中央宣传部、中央网信办、教育部、工业和信息化部、公安部、中国人民银行、国家广播电视总局、全国总工会、共青团中央、全国妇联等十部门联合举办。

Cybersecurity and Informatization Talent Recruitment Fair | September 15 – 17
网络安全和信息化人才招聘会｜9月15日–17日
State-owned enterprises and institutions, internet and cybersecurity companies, research institutes, and other entities will offer career guidance and organize recruitment drives for targeting young groups such as recent graduates. Additionally, a simultaneous online national recruitment event will also be held.
国有企事业单位、互联网及网络安全企业、科研机构等将面向应届毕业生等青年群体开展就业指导与双选活动，并同步举办线上全国招聘。
On the morning of September 13, the “Yunling Cybersecurity” themed publicity train departed from Kunming South Station and traveled along the China-Laos Railway to Mohan. As one of the key grassroots initiatives of the 2025 China Cybersecurity Week, this train leverages the international corridor advantage of the China-Laos Railway to systematically build a cybersecurity publicity system through eight themed carriages:“Cybersecurity for the People and by the People”, “Safeguarding High-Quality Development with High-Level Security”, “A Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”, “Data Security”, “Personal Information Protection”, “Cybersecurity Protection for Minors”, “Preventing Telecom and Cyber Fraud”, “AI Security”.
9月13日上午，“云岭网安”网络安全主题宣传列车从昆明南站启程，沿中老铁路行至磨憨。该列车作为2025年国家网络安全宣传周网络安全进基层重要活动之一，依托中老铁路国际通道优势，以八大主题车厢系统化构建网络安全宣传体系：“网络安全为人民 网络安全靠人民”“以高水平安全守护高质量发展”“网络空间命运共同体”“数据安全”“个人信息保护”“未成年人网络保护”“防范电信网络诈骗”“人工智能安全”。
By integrating cybersecurity knowledge into travel scenarios through methods such as tray table stickers, luggage rack decals, and mirror-frame policy explanations, the campaign aims to deepen public awareness, extend outreach to border regions, and radiate influence across South and Southeast Asia. These efforts inject new vitality into digital governance along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Highlighting international promotion by organizing a Cybersecurity Expo and establishing a dedicated Kunming exhibition zone to support businesses in expanding overseas;
Capitalizing on regional strengths by hosting a sub-forum on cross-border data flow, facilitating exploration of secure data sharing and utilization scenarios;
Focusing on industrial development through a Cybersecurity and Digital Industry Investment Conference, accelerating the construction of a digital information corridor toward South and Southeast Asia.

Additionally, from September 8 to 18, Kunming will also host the international meetings of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC27 and SC44, organized by China, alongside the Cybersecurity Standardization Week of China’s National Cybersecurity Standardization Committee. Over 300 representatives from more than 30 countries will participate both online and offline to discuss data security, privacy protection, artificial intelligence standardization, and related topics.
此外，9月8日至18日，由我国承办的国际标准化组织SC27、SC44国际会议和全国网安标委标准周活动也将在昆明举办。来自30余国的300余名代表将通过线上线下结合方式参会，共议数据安全、隐私保护与人工智能标准化等议题。
Though the Cybersecurity Week has not yet officially commenced, its vibrant atmosphere has already illuminated Kunming, the Spring City. On the evening of September 13, a themed light show for the 2025 China Cybersecurity Week was presented across major commercial areas, including Kunming’s Dongfeng Square, Jiaosan Bridge, Dianchi Times Square, and Chenggong’s Qicai Yunnan First City. Eye-catching slogans related to the event lit up the night sky, drawing widespread public attention and positive feedback from citizens.
宣传周尚未开幕，但浓郁氛围已提前点燃春城——9月13日晚，2025年国家网络安全宣传周主题灯光秀在昆明东风广场、交三桥、滇池时代广场、呈贡七彩云南第一城等商圈精彩上演。与宣传周相关的醒目标语点亮春城夜空，引来市民广泛关注和好评。
The 2025 China Cybersecurity Week is not only a high-level international event but also an essential “compulsory course” for everyone in the digital age. All sectors nationwide are welcome to participate jointly, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and work together to build a clean and secure cyberspace!
