2023“一带一路”自然灾害防治和应急管理国际合作部长论坛于11月16日在北京举行，会上宣布正式建立“一带一路”自然灾害防治和应急管理国际合作机制。论坛有近70个国家（地区）和国际、区域组织的近80家机构线上出席，30多个国家和国际组织驻华机构派代表现场参会。
The 2023 Belt and Road Ministerial Forum for International Cooperation in Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management was held on Thursday. Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) participating countries announced the establishment of the Belt and Road international cooperation mechanism for disaster risk reduction and emergency management. The forum was held in Beijing, with nearly 80 institutions of about 70 countries, regions, and international organizations participating online, and representatives of some 30 countries and international organizations attending on the site.

Strengthening institutional building for international Belt and Road cooperation. 第二十五届中国国际高新技术成果交易会（简称“高交会”）11月19日在广东深圳落下帷幕，本届高交会累计入场人数24.8万人次，累计洽商交易金额372.79亿元。
The 25th China Hi-Tech Fair concluded in the southern Chinese metropolis of Shenzhen on Sunday, with an attendance of 248,000 visitors and a cumulative transaction volume, totaling 37.28 billion yuan.
