会议主题

本次会议围绕“人工智能赋能低碳岩土与城市更新建设”主线，聚焦2026年岩土工程前沿热点，围绕AI岩土融合、大数据数字孪生、低碳固碳材料、地下智能建造、十五五城市更新五大方向展开深度交流，重点剖析岩土工程技术在粤港澳大湾区城市更新、轨道交通、地下管网、水利大坝、海绵城市等重大工程领域的创新应用模式，为青年岩土工作者提供学习和交流平台。会议涵盖但不限于以下专题内容：

1、AI与大数据在岩土工程中的应用

2、低碳岩土材料与固碳技术

3、地下空间智能建造与全生命周期健康监测

4、极端气候下城市基础设施韧性与防灾减灾

5、城市更新时代下大湾区地下空间开发新进展与挑战

Forum Topics

The theme of this forum is "AI Empowered Low-Carbon Geotechnics and Urban Regeneration" , focusing on the cutting-edge frontiers of geotechnical engineering in 2026. In-depth exchanges will be carried out across five core research orientations: integration of AI and geotechnical engineering, big data and digital twin technologies, low-carbon and carbon sequestration materials, intelligent underground construction, and urban renewal under the 15th Five-Year Plan. It will thoroughly analyze innovative application models of geotechnical technologies in major engineering sectors within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including urban renewal, rail transit, underground pipe networks, hydraulic dams and sponge cities. Serving as a learning and communication platform for young geotechnical practitioners, the conference will cover thematic topics including but not limited to the following:

1. Applications of AI and Big Data in Geotechnical Engineering

2. Low-Carbon Geomaterials and Carbon Sequestration Technologies

3. Intelligent Construction and Life-Cycle Health Monitoring of Underground Space

4. Urban Infrastructure Resilience and Disaster Prevention/Mitigation under Extreme Climate Conditions

5. New Advances and Challenges in Underground Space Development in the Greater Bay Area under the Urban Renewal Era

会议征文

论坛下设分会-第九届结构工程与工业建筑国际学术会议（ICSEIA 2026）将开设征文。经过严格的审稿之后，符合Springer征稿要求的论文将由施普林格Springer Series in Sustainable Civil Infrastructures（Electronic ISSN: 2366-3413, Print ISSN: 2366-3405）出版，并提交至EI Compendex , Scopus检索。

The forum includes a sub-session—the 9th International Conference on Structural Engineering and Industrial Architecture (ICSEIA 2026)—which will call for papers. After rigorous peer review, papers that meet Springer’s publication requirements will be published in the Springer Series in Sustainable Civil Infrastructures (Electronic ISSN: 2366-3413, Print ISSN: 2366-3405) and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.

1. August 28,2026,14:00-17:00: Graduate Student Academic Presentation Competition for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Geotechnical and Underground Engineering  

Graduate students who wish to participate in the competition are required to provide the necessary information by scanning the following QR code by July 25, 2026. The final list of participants will be determined based on the number of registrations. The competition will offer 2 First prizes, 4 Second prizes, 6 Third prizes, and several excellence awards, with certificates awarded to the winners.

2. August 28, 2026, 20:30-21:30: Guangdong Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering Youth Committee Working Meeting

3. August 29, 2026, 9:00-18:00: Invited Presentations and Thematic Reports
