中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(简称“贸仲”,英文简称CIETAC)是世界上主要的常设仲裁机构。作为中国最早成立的国际仲裁机构,贸仲长期致力于促进国际商事仲裁的发展,在国际仲裁界享有较高声誉。成立70年来,贸仲已审理国际、国内仲裁案件近8万件,案件当事人涉及170个国家和地区,仲裁裁决在世界范围内得到广泛执行。2021年,贸仲被业界权威的《国际仲裁调查报告》评为全球最受欢迎的五大仲裁机构之一。2025年,贸仲仲裁规则同时获评全球第五最受青睐的仲裁规则,并成为中国内地唯一一家同时入选全球前五大最受欢迎的仲裁机构以及全球前五最受青睐仲裁规则的仲裁机构。

贸仲广泛开展国际交流合作,不断拓展国际“朋友圈”,与90余家国际仲裁机构及组织签署合作协议,搭建了中国仲裁周、中国仲裁高峰论坛、一带一路仲裁机构高端论坛等一系列深具全球影响力的国际交流合作平台。贸仲是联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员以及国际商事仲裁机构联合会、国际商事仲裁理事会、亚太区域仲裁组织、亚洲域名争议解决中心等国际组织的创始成员或重要参与方,深度参与国际治理,提供中国经验和智慧方案。

贸仲长期重视涉外法治人才培养,2000年发起创办贸仲杯国际商事仲裁辩论赛,2019年创办贸仲杯国际投资仲裁辩论赛。与境内外35所知名高校建立人才合作培养关系,精心组织设计国际仲裁法律硕士、涉外律师硕士项目课程,将实践性教学资源引入高校课堂。辐射带动每年数以万计的青年人关注、了解国际仲裁,为中国仲裁事业发展培育了大量后备人才。

贸仲华南分会是贸仲设立的首家分会,于1983年在深圳正式运营,主要面向华南地区、港澳台地区及海外提供商事仲裁法律服务。贸仲及贸仲华南分会长期致力于提供高质量的国际仲裁实践平台,培养具备国际视野、专业素养的高层次涉外法治人才,以青年人才推动中国仲裁国际化发展

一、实习内容

1. 系统学习仲裁理论与规则体系,了解境内外仲裁行业发展动态与前沿趋势;

2. 协助仲裁、调解案件的立案、庭审等程序管理工作,参与案件材料整理及相关辅助事务;

3. 参与仲裁与调解专业研究,提升法律研究与写作能力;

4. 参与各类交流活动及专项工作,拓展实务视野。

二、岗位要求

1. 法学或财经相关专业、大学本科三年级及以上学历;

2. 能够保证不少于三个月的全职实习期,原则上全勤实习(每周五天);

3. 具备一定的中英文工作能力

四、实习待遇

1.实习补助100-170/天(另每日提供午餐补助),根据出勤情况及实习表现进行统计,离职后按流程发放。

2.按照规定的实习期届满,且符合岗位要求,向实习生如实出具实习证明。

China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission South China Sub-Commission 2026 Internship Program

China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) is one of the world’s leading arbitration institutions. As the first international arbitration institution established in China, CIETAC has long been committed to promoting the development of international commercial arbitration and enjoys a high reputation in the global arbitration community.

Over the past 70 years, CIETAC has accepted nearly 80,000 international and domestic arbitration cases, involving parties from 170 countries and regions. Its arbitral awards are widely enforced worldwide. In 2021, CIETAC was ranked among the world’s top five most preferred arbitration institutions in the International Arbitration Survey. In 2025, CIETAC Arbitration Rules were ranked the fifth most preferred arbitration rules globally, together with UNCITRAL rules. CIETAC is the only mainland Chinese arbitration institution simultaneously listed among both the global top five most preferred arbitration institutions and the global top five most preferred arbitration rules.

CIETAC actively engages in international communication, maintaining partnership with over 90 international arbitration institutions and organizations. It has established several globally influential exchange platforms, including China Arbitration Week, China Arbitration Summit, and the Belt and Road Arbitration Institutions High-Level Forum. CIETAC serves as an observer to UNCITRAL and is a founding member or active participant in various international organizations, including IFCAI, ICCA, APRAG, and ACDC, contributing Chinese experience and perspectives to global governance.

CIETAC has long attached great importance to cultivating professionals in international legal affairs. In 2000, CIETAC launched the “CIETAC Cup” International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and in 2019, the “CIETAC Cup” Investment Arbitration Moot. CIETAC has established. CIETAC also maintain partnerships with 35 renowned universities worldwide and has carefully designed programs in International Arbitration and International Legal Practice, integrating practical training into academic curricula. Each year, these initiatives attract and inspire tens of thousands of young participants, fostering future professionals for the development of arbitration in China.

CIETAC South China Sub-Commission, established in 1983 in Shenzhen as the first sub-commission of CIETAC, primarily provides commercial arbitration services to South China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas parties. CIETAC and CIETAC South China Sub-Commission are committed to offering high-quality international arbitration practice platforms and cultivating high-level foreign-related legal professionals with global vision and professional expertise, promoting the internationalization of Chinese arbitration through young talent development.

I. Internship Responsibilities

1. Systematically study arbitration theories and rules, and obtain insights into domestic and international arbitration developments and emerging trends;

2. Assist in procedural administration of arbitration and mediation cases, including case filing and oral hearing arrangement, and support document organization and other procedural matters;

3. Participate in arbitration and mediation research to enhance legal research and writing skills;

4. Take part in professional exchange activities and special projects to broaden practical exposure.

II. Eligibility Requirements

1. Major in law, Economics, Finance or other related discipline; third-year undergraduate level or above;

2. Available for a full-time internship of no less than three months, with full attendance in principle (five wording days a week);

3. Certain proficiency in both Chinese and English for professional working purposes;

IV. Internship Benefits

1. Internship allowance of RMB 100–170 per day (with a daily lunch subsidy provided seperately), calculated based on attendance and performance, and paid with internal procedures after completion of the internship;

2. An official internship certificate will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the prescribed internship period and fulfillment of position requirements.
