时间见证奋斗的故事，记录发展的足迹。2023年是全面贯彻党的二十大精神的开局之年，党的二十大明确提出新时代新征程中国共产党的使命任务，吹响了以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的前进号角。这一年，我们深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，扎实开展学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育。

Time bears witness to stories of struggles and records the footprints of development. The year 2023 marked the beginning of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, which clearly outlined the mission of the CPC in the new era and sounded the horn for the comprehensive advancement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization. In this year, we deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and carried out thematic education on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

回望过去一年，在省委省政府的坚强领导下，在省国资委的大力指导下，抢抓经济复苏重大机遇期，始终牢记国企姓党，充分发挥国企优势和特点，围绕中心任务抓发展，大力推进“五大行动”，行业影响力持续提升，业务规模保持稳定增长，全年实施执行项目323个，同比增加116%；主承办展会面积达77万平方米，同比增加187.75%；营业总收入同比增长31.8%，利润总额同比增长142%，收获了沉甸甸的果实。

Looking back on the past year, under the robust leadership of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and the Sichuan Provincial Government, and with the vigorous guidance of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province, we seized the major opportunities for economic recovery, always bore in mind that state-owned enterprises are Party-affiliated, and fully leveraged the advantages and characteristics of state-owned enterprises. Focusing on development around the central tasks, we vigorously advanced the "Five Major Actions", continuously bolstered industry influence, and maintained stable growth in business scale. Throughout the year, the Group implemented 323 projects, a 116% increase over the previous year; hosted and organized exhibitions covering an area of 770,000 square meters, a year-on-year growth of 187.75%; and achieved an annual upsurge of 31.8% in total operating income and 142% in total profit, yielding substantial results.

这一年，我们的步伐更坚定——深耕会展主业，助推产业强劲复苏。集团锚定“四增长、两提升、一合理”目标要求，以破难的主动精神、强烈的责任担当，跳起摸高，推动全省会展产业发展，加快拓展“会展+”业务。承办的第十九届西博会、第九届四川农业博览会、第二届国际熊猫消费节、2023世界动力电池大会、中国（成都）质量大会、中国国际酒业博览会、泛珠行政首长联席会议（贵阳）、“天府粮仓”系列推介活动等重大展会促进了产业能级跃升，助推了四川经济高质量发展。

Throughout this year, our strides have grown firmer - deepening our roots in the exhibition industry to drive robust industrial recovery. Anchoring on the goals of "four growths, two enhancements, and one rationalization", the Group, with proactive spirit of addressing challenges and strong sense of taking on responsibilities, has leaped forward to promote the development of the exhibition industry province-wide and step up the expansion of "exhibition+" business. Organizing major events such as the 19th Western China International Fair (WCIF), the 9th Sichuan Agricultural Expo, the 2nd China (Sichuan) International Panda Consumption Festival, the 2023 World Power Battery Conference, the China (Chengdu) Quality Conference, the China International Alcoholic Drinks Expo, the Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Chief Executive Joint Conference (Guiyang), and the "Tianfu Granary" series of promotional activities, among others, have propelled the industry to higher levels, facilitating the high-quality development of Sichuan's economy.

这一年，我们的举措更高远——夯实全球合作，打响四川会展品牌。我们深耕国内，心怀全球，依托博览集团高规格展会举办经验、高素质国际人才队伍、高质量国际客商资源，创新组建了国际合作交流服务中心；抓住西博会泰国主宾国机遇，设立国际交流中心东南亚（曼谷）分中心，打造我省与泰国以及东南亚国家合作支撑点，促进国际贸易和文化交流，助力全省“走出去”“引进来”战略，擦亮四川建造、四川制造、四川服务招牌，打造名企名片，传播名品口碑。

This year, our initiatives have reached higher and farther - laying a solid foundation for global cooperation and forging the Sichuan exhibition brand. We delved into the domestic market while keeping a global perspective. Leveraging the Group's experience in staging high-profile exhibitions, a high-quality international talent pool, and optimum international customer resources, we innovatively established Sichuan Expo Service Center for International Cooperation and Exchange. Seizing the opportunity of Thailand as the guest country of honor at the 19th WCIF, we established the Southeast Asia (Bangkok) Sub-Center of Sichuan Expo Service Center for International Cooperation and Exchange, creating a hub for cooperation between our province and Thailand as well as other Southeast Asian countries. Such endeavors are geared towards promoting international trade and cultural exchanges, supporting the province's "going global" and "bringing in" strategies, elevating the reputation of Sichuan construction, manufacture, and service, building the profile of renowned enterprises, and spreading the word about quality products.

在新的一年里，集团将以习近平总书记来川视察重要指示精神为指引，深入贯彻落实省委十二届历次全会精神，坚持以成渝地区双城经济圈建设为总牵引，深入落实“四化同步、城乡融合、五区共兴”发展战略，扎实推进国企改革深化提升行动，围绕做优会议展览主业、做强国际合作功能、做大会展业平台支撑的发展方向，推动集团做优做强做大，奋力打造会展综合服务龙头企业，为推动新时代治蜀兴川再上新台阶，奋力谱写中国式现代化四川新篇章作出更大贡献。

In the coming year, guided by the important instructions by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Sichuan, the Group will deeply implement the spirit of the successive plenary sessions of the 12th CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee. We will adhere to the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as the overarching initiative, comprehensively implement the development strategy of "synchronizing industrialization, informatization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization, integrating urban and rural areas, and promoting the coordinated development of the five districts", and vigorously boost the deepening and enhancement of state-owned enterprise reforms. Focusing on the development direction of optimizing the exhibition industry, sharpening international cooperation capabilities, and expanding the platform support for the MICE, we will strive to make the Group bigger, better, and stronger, vigorously build it into a leading comprehensive service enterprise in the exhibition industry, and make greater contributions to the advancement of Sichuan's development in the new era, and to the creation of a new chapter of Chinese modernization in Sichuan.
